Accessibility statement

Moku Srl undertakes to make its website accessible, in accordance with Law 9 January 2004, n. 4.

This accessibility statement applies to the website: https://www.moku.io

Compliance status

This website partially complies with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.

The site is partially compliant because most of the applicable criteria analyzed have been implemented or verified, while some known non-compliances remain, reported in the "Non-accessible contents" section.

Content not accessible

The contents listed below are not accessible due to failure to comply with law 9 January 2004, n. 4.

The non-conformities reported are known and will be evaluated in a subsequent intervention cycle. Some fixes require validation with the site's design and content guidelines.

1.4.3 / 9.1.4.3 - Minimum contrast

Some texts are below the minimum contrast threshold required by the AA level, in particular white texts on blue and gray texts on a white background in some project or service detail pages.

The fix requires a color update consistent with the design system.

1.4.11 / 9.1.4.11 - Contrast in non-textual content

Some non-textual indicators, borders, or control states do not yet provide sufficient contrast in all contexts.

The resolution requires a shared definition of the visual states of the components.

2.2.2 / 9.2.2.2 - Pause, stop, hide

Some moving or autoplaying content, such as video heroes or animations, do not yet have all the visible pause, stop, or hide controls required.

The main carousels have been improved, but there remain media and animations to evaluate with the design.

2.4.7 / 9.2.4.7 - Visible focus

The focus indicator is not yet homogeneous across all components.

An attempt at a global focus ring was discarded as not acceptable from a design perspective; the criterion remains open pending an approved component solution.

Drafting of the accessibility declaration

This statement was drawn up on 29 June 2026.

The information in the declaration was obtained from a self-assessment carried out directly by the provider.

The self-assessment considered the applicable criteria present in the assessment file and a representative sample of public pages, modals, forms, navigation, CMS contents, carousels and dynamic components.

The evaluation was carried out through technical analysis of source code, local rendering, Playwright tests and screen reader checks.

Manual controls for zoom, text spacing, text images, cross-language portions, and assistive technology navigation have also been integrated.

The statement was last reviewed on 29 June 2026.
